摘 要：檢驗(yàn)檢測是食品安全抽檢監(jiān)測工作重要部分之一，為食品安全監(jiān)管提供有效的技術(shù)支撐?；诖耍疚闹饕治隽嗽谑称钒踩闄z監(jiān)測工作中可能存在的影響因素，并提出了針對性的控制對策，以期為相關(guān)研究人員提供參考。

Abstract： Inspection and testing is one of the important parts of food safety sampling inspection and monitoring work， which provides effective technical support for food safety supervision. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the possible influencing factors in the food safety sampling inspection and monitoring work， and puts forward the targeted control countermeasures， in order to provide a reference for the relevant researchers.
