液態(tài)牛初乳功能性食品開發(fā)及應用前景

摘 要：牛初乳粉作為普通食品原料可添加到各類固態(tài)食品中，但受到原料微生物水平的限制，很難應用到液態(tài)食品中。本文分析了牛初乳產(chǎn)品市場現(xiàn)狀和液態(tài)牛初乳功能性食品的開發(fā)，展望了液態(tài)牛初乳功能性食品的應用前景，可拓展牛初乳的產(chǎn)品類型，發(fā)展前景廣闊。

Abstract： As a common food raw material， colostrum powder can be added to all kinds of solid food， but it is difficult to be applied to liquid food due to the limitation of microbial level of raw material. This paper analyzes the current market situation of bovine colostrum products and the development of liquid bovine colostrum functional food， and looks forward to the application prospect of liquid bovine colostrum functional food， which can expand the product types of bovine colostrum and has a broad development prospect.
