食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)食品質(zhì)量安全的保障相關(guān)研究
摘 要:食品安全問(wèn)題一直是人們重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。對(duì)此,國(guó)家對(duì)食品生產(chǎn)提出一系列要求,以保證食品安全?;诖耍疚膶?duì)食品安全的現(xiàn)狀、食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要性進(jìn)行綜述,并提出了通過(guò)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化保障食品安全的措施。

Abstract: Food safety has always been a concern. In this regard, the state has put forward a series of requirements for food production, in order to ensure food safety. Based on this, this paper reviews the current situation of food safety and the importance of food standardization, and proposes measures to ensure food safety through food standardization.
