食品安全管理在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代下的應(yīng)用策略

摘 要：本文以食品安全管理為研究主題，對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)背景下數(shù)字化技術(shù)在食品安全管理中的作用進(jìn)行了介紹，對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)背景下對(duì)食品安全管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)背景下食品安全管理的應(yīng)用策略進(jìn)行了探討。
