L-抗壞血酸脂肪酸酯的合成及應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：L-抗壞血酸脂肪酸酯是L-抗壞血酸的一種重要的衍生物，具有良好的抗氧化性、抗衰老及抗腫瘤等作用，且脂溶性較好，在食品、化妝品、醫(yī)藥等諸多領(lǐng)域被廣泛應(yīng)用，具有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文介紹了L-抗壞血酸脂肪酸酯的合成方法及應(yīng)用，并對(duì)其發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract： L-ascorbyl fatty acid esters are important derivatives of L-ascorbic acid， with good antioxidant， anti-aging and anti-tumor effects， and good lipid solubility， widely used in food， cosmetics， medicine and other industries， have high research value and broad application prospects. In this paper， the synthesis and application of L-ascorbyl fatty acid esters are introduced， and their development prospect is also prospected.
