摘 要：本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了增壓直噴發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油被稀釋的機(jī)理，并基于對(duì)某四缸增壓直噴汽油機(jī)進(jìn)行機(jī)低溫臺(tái)架機(jī)油稀釋試驗(yàn)，通過(guò)噴油模型CFD仿真分析，對(duì)噴油器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及噴油控制優(yōu)化，最后通過(guò)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，機(jī)油稀釋改善效果明顯。

Analysis and Optimization of Oil Dilution for Direct Injection Engine

Abstract：This paper systematically expounds the mechanism of oil dilution of supercharged direct injection engine. And based on the low temperature bench oil dilution test of a four-cylinder supercharged direct injection gasoline engine， through the CFD simulation analysis of the fuel injection model， the article carries out the optimization design and fuel injection control optimization， and finally through the test verification， the oil dilution improvement effect is obvious.

1 引言

機(jī)油稀釋是指部分沒(méi)能夠參與燃燒的燃料沿著缸壁流入曲軸箱，從而使機(jī)油被燃油稀釋，使機(jī)油粘度非正常下降，導(dǎo)致機(jī)油提前報(bào)廢的現(xiàn)象。（剩余3065字）
