摘 要：新能源汽車行業(yè)近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速，在生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、維修等領(lǐng)域需要大量技能型人才支撐。作為技能型人才培養(yǎng)搖籃的中高職院校應(yīng)深入改革，提供先進(jìn)的實(shí)踐場(chǎng)地和設(shè)備，一流的教學(xué)手法，提高學(xué)生對(duì)新能源汽車的更深層次認(rèn)識(shí)，不斷為新能源汽車市場(chǎng)輸送高質(zhì)量人才。

Abstract：The new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly in recent years， and needs a large number of skilled talents in the fields of production， technology and maintenance. As the cradle of skilled personnel training， secondary and higher vocational colleges should be deeply reformed， provide advanced practice venues and equipment， first-class teaching methods， improve students' deeper understanding of new energy vehicles， and continuously supply high-quality talents for the new energy vehicle market.
