——以汽車專業(yè)群為例

摘 要：根據(jù)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)部分職業(yè)院校開(kāi)展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題，借鑒德國(guó)手工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（HWK）學(xué)徒制培養(yǎng)模式以及相關(guān)課程體系與考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情提出精準(zhǔn)崗位現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制，對(duì)其教學(xué)模式、管理模式、評(píng)價(jià)體系以及實(shí)施方法進(jìn)行了研究、實(shí)踐、思考總結(jié)與展望。

Research and Practice of Precision Post Apprenticeship Teaching， Management and Evaluation System

——taking Automobile Professional Group as an Example

Abstract：According to some problems encountered in the process of carrying out modern apprenticeship teaching in some vocational colleges， combined with the apprenticeship training mode of German Handicraft Association， relevant curriculum system and assessment standards， this paper puts forward the modern apprenticeship of precision post according to its own practice， and discusses the teaching mode， management mode， practice， thinking， summary and prospect of evaluation system and implementation methods.

1 國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀

2014教育部發(fā)布了《教育部關(guān)于開(kāi)展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作的意見(jiàn)》，2019年國(guó)務(wù)院又出臺(tái)了《國(guó)家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》（簡(jiǎn)稱“職教20條”），這些針對(duì)職業(yè)教育政策的陸續(xù)出臺(tái)都旨在進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化校企深度合作、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)教進(jìn)一步融合、完善校企合作相關(guān)政策機(jī)制，推動(dòng)企業(yè)和社會(huì)力量舉辦高質(zhì)量職業(yè)教育，實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育工學(xué)結(jié)合聯(lián)合育人目標(biāo)，從而培養(yǎng)出能夠滿足現(xiàn)今企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、管理、創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展要求，具有較高專業(yè)能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新型技術(shù)、技能型人才。（剩余4379字）
