摘 要：介紹了整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目樣車試制的類型、流程及樣車試制工作的重要性。以樣車試制流程為主線，闡述了在樣車試制流程中，項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的主要工作及樣車試制的關(guān)鍵控制要素，為項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)如何管理樣車試制，如何按時(shí)按質(zhì)量要求交付樣車提供了借鑒和參考。

Research on Management Method of Sample Vehicle Trial Production in Vehicle Product Development Project

Abstract：This paper introduces the type， process and importance of sample vehicle trial production in the vehicle product development project. Taking the sample vehicle trial production process as the main line， this paper expounds the main work of the project management team and the key control elements of the sample vehicle trial production at each stage of the sample vehicle trial production， which provides a reference for the project team on how to manage the sample vehicle trial production and how to deliver the sample vehicle on time according to the quality requirements.
