大類招生背景下公共管理類人才培養(yǎng)路徑研究

摘 要：公共管理大類培養(yǎng)模式已在國內(nèi)高校迅速發(fā)展，本文在分析大類培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵和必要性基礎(chǔ)上，研究公共管理大類學(xué)生專業(yè)選擇狀況，從“大類招生、分流培養(yǎng)”的運行機制、課程結(jié)構(gòu)體系、學(xué)院氛圍培養(yǎng)等方面提出高校培養(yǎng)公共管理類人才的路徑，以適應(yīng)新時期公共管理人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。

Abstract：The cultivation mode of public administration enrollment has developed rapidly in domestic colleges and universities.By studying the connotation and necessity of major enrollment training，analyzing the major selection status of students in public administration major，and putting forward the path of cultivating public administration talents in colleges and universities from the operation mechanism of major enrollment diversion training，curriculum structure system and college atmosphere training，so as to adapt to the goal of cultivating public administration talents in the new era.

一、概述

“大類招生、分流培養(yǎng)”（以下簡稱大類培養(yǎng)模式），是指不分具體專業(yè)選拔學(xué)生，招生后學(xué)生經(jīng)過一到兩年的通識基礎(chǔ)課程學(xué)習(xí)，再根據(jù)其興趣、學(xué)業(yè)成績、社會需求等多方面考慮，選擇具體專業(yè)，進行有重點地專業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)，整個過程落實雙向選擇。（剩余5341字）
