研究生課程教學(xué)模式探索
——以“管理學(xué)”為例
摘 要:?jiǎn)我坏慕處熤v授方式無(wú)法高效傳遞“管理學(xué)”課程的內(nèi)在理論知識(shí),更造成了研究生課程教學(xué)中與實(shí)踐脫節(jié)等多種問(wèn)題。本文以××咖啡為教學(xué)案例,詳細(xì)闡述了如何針對(duì)案例實(shí)施教學(xué),以期對(duì)管理學(xué)教學(xué)提供一定程度的幫助。

Research on Teaching Mode of Postgraduate Course
—Take the Course of Management as an Example

Abstract:A single teaching method can not effectively transfer the internal theoretical knowledge of the course of Management,and causes many problems in the teaching of postgraduate courses,such as disconnection with practice.Taking ×× Coffee as a teaching case,this paper expounds how to implement teaching according to the case in order to provide some help to management teaching.

相比于培養(yǎng)本科生而言,管理學(xué)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)不僅注重基礎(chǔ)理論和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的掌握,而且要求學(xué)生具有將這些知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為在實(shí)踐中解決各種實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力[12],這種能力的掌握更多源于研究生課程學(xué)習(xí)中教師的引導(dǎo)。(剩余4715字)
