基于機器視覺的紅棗大小分級方法研究

摘要:紅棗大小是其最重要的外部特征和品質指標表現(xiàn)之一。本文提出一種基于機器視覺的紅棗大小分級方法,首先對所采集的紅棗圖像進行分割,然后采用合適的算法找到紅棗邊界,再通過棗橫徑的真實值與檢測的像素值的函數(shù)關系進行擬合,進而建立紅棗大小檢測模型,實現(xiàn)紅棗大小等級分選。在少量數(shù)據(jù)集上取得較好試驗效果。

Abstract:The most important external characteristics and quality indicators of red jujube are manifested on its size.In this paper,we propose a method of date size classification based on machine vision.Firstly,the collected red dates image is divided,and then the appropriate algorithm finds the border of red dates.Combined,and then the size of the red dates was established to achieve the sorting of red dates.It achieves better training effects on fewer data sets.
