師范生班級(jí)管理能力提升策略研究

——以“班級(jí)管理與班主任工作”課程為例

摘 要 班級(jí)管理能力是師范生教師職業(yè)技能的重要組成部分，本研究以“班級(jí)管理與班主任工作”課程為例，探討當(dāng)前師范生班級(jí)管理能力培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題，并提出相應(yīng)的提升策略，幫助師范生培養(yǎng)更強(qiáng)的班級(jí)管理能力和素養(yǎng)。

Abstract Class management ability is an important component of the professional skills of teacher trainees. This study takes the course of class management and class teacher work as an example to explore the problems in the current process of cultivating class management ability of teacher trainees， and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to help students possess stronger class management ability and literacy.

1  課程定位及目標(biāo)

“班級(jí)管理與班主任工作”是師范生重要的專業(yè)課程之一，通過(guò)該課程的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生能掌握班級(jí)管理、班主任工作的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)以及班級(jí)管理的具體內(nèi)容和方法，能對(duì)班級(jí)管理與班主任工作有更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解，初步形成運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)解決班級(jí)管理工作實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，能讓學(xué)生具備從事班主任工作的能力，逐步樹(shù)立科學(xué)的班級(jí)管理觀念，熱愛(ài)班級(jí)管理和班主任工作，為以后從事班級(jí)管理和班主任工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。（剩余4338字）
