新時(shí)代“破五唯”開展課程評(píng)價(jià)的探索與實(shí)踐
——以云南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)為例
摘 要 文章在分析和研究課程評(píng)價(jià)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以云南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)“破五唯”推進(jìn)課程評(píng)價(jià)改革為例,以“課程+教師”為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,以省外專家為評(píng)價(jià)主體,以精煉的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和專家意見(jiàn)法實(shí)行相對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)課程評(píng)價(jià)初步構(gòu)建“優(yōu)教優(yōu)酬”的激勵(lì)導(dǎo)向機(jī)制,總結(jié)實(shí)踐成效與經(jīng)驗(yàn),激發(fā)教師潛心教書育人。

Exploration and Practice of Carrying out Curriculum Evaluation
in the New Era by "Breaking five-only"
——A Case Study of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

Abstract On the basis of analyzing and studying the theory of curriculum evaluation, this paper takes Yunnan University of Finance and Economics as an example to promote the reform of curriculum evaluation by "breaking five-only", takes "curriculum + teachers" as the evaluation object, takes experts outside the province as the evaluation subject, and implements relative evaluation with refined evaluation indicators. Through curriculum evaluation, a preliminary incentive oriented mechanism of "excellent teaching and remuneration" is constructed to inspire teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating students.

課程評(píng)價(jià)是在相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)理念及價(jià)值取向指引下,根據(jù)一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),運(yùn)用特定的評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)課程目標(biāo)、計(jì)劃、方案、決策、實(shí)施、效果等進(jìn)行價(jià)值判斷的過(guò)程[1]。(剩余4530字)
