婦產(chǎn)科實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的問題與對(duì)策探討

摘要隨著醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，臨床上對(duì)護(hù)理工作的要求也不斷提高，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的護(hù)理服務(wù)需要護(hù)理人員有嫻熟的護(hù)理技能。通過分析婦產(chǎn)科實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中存在的問題，采取有效的措施提高婦產(chǎn)科實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)水平，為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的衛(wèi)生人才。

Problems and Countermeasures in Practical Training Teaching ofObstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract  With the continuous development of medical and health care， the clinical requirements for nursing work are also increasing. Providing high-quality nursing services requires nurses to have skilled nursing skills. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical training teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology， and takes effective measures to improve the practical training teaching level of Obstetrics and Gynecology， so as to cultivate high-quality health talents for the country.
