Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheconstructionqualityofhousingconstructionprojects,thisarticleconductsanin-depth studyoftheapplicationofBIMtechnologyintheconstructionqualitycontrolsystem.BybuildingaBIM-basedconstruction qualtycontrolsystem,pre-,duringandpost-eventcontrolmodulesaredesignedaroundkeyfactorssuchasorganizational personnel,prctocsgticalodsfoatiztioleveldtelonttvesie managementofconstructionquality.Atthesametime,takingahousingconstructionprojectinGuizhou Provinceasanexample, thespecificappicationofBIMtechnologyindrawingreview,collsiondetectin,on-sitedatacollction,qualityproblem management,etc.isdemonstrated,anditsapplicationefectisanalyzed.TheresultsshowthattheappicationofBtechology hassignificantlyreducedqualitymanagementcosts,reducedengineeringchanges,shortenedprojectprogress,andimproved constructionquality.ItisrecommendedthatBIMtechnologybewidelyusedinhousingconstructionqualitycontroltoimprove the overall project quality.
