Abstract:Duetoaseriesofproblemssuchaslarge-scale,multi-participatingunits,andlong-termperiods,railway constructionprojectshavealwaysfacedproblemssuchasinefcientinformationtransmisionandfrequentconflicts.Existing researchmostlyfocusesontheapplicationofBMtechnologyinsingle-stageorsmal-scaleprojects,makingtheproblemsof informationstorage,real-timesharingandcolaborativemanagementofIMinrailwayconstructionprojectsstillnotcompletely solved.Basedonthis,thispaperproposesadepintegrationframeworkbasedonBMandcloudcomputing,aiming toimprove informationcolaborationeficiencyandconflictmanagementcapabilities.Thistechnicalframeworkintegratesthedataproesing capabilitiesofcloudcomputingandthedigitalmodelofBMtoachievedynamicinformationsharingandreal-timeinteraction throughoutthelifecycle.Thisresearchprovidesanewtechnicalpathforinformationmanagementofrailwayconstructionand otherlarge-saleinfrastructureprojects,andisofgreatvalueinpromotinginformatizationandcollaborativeotimizationofproject management.
