Abstract:Withthedevelopmentneedsofdiversifiedwaterresourcesandenvironmentalperceptionssuchassmartwater conservancyandsmart water,therequirementsformonitoringfactorssuchaswaterlevelsandflowratesinriversandpipelines arebecomingincreasinglyhigh.Howtoincreaseantennagainandreducesidelobeisthemaindesigngoaltoimprovethe rangingrangeand measurementaccuracyof radar water level gauge.Inthispaper,a24 GHzradar water level gauge 4×4 microstripantennaarrayisdesignedbyusingthetransmisionlinetheoreticalmodelresearchmethod,andaninnovativeideaof anidealpowerspliterbasedontheexcitationportisproposed,whichprovidesanobjectiveandaccuratecomparisonreference objectfor the performance evaluation of actual power spliter. The 4×4 arrayantenna obtained through theoretical research, design,simulationandoptimizationachieveshighgain.Theantennagainis19.O3dBiand thebeam widthis19.61 ° x19.97°. It canmeettherequirementsoftheradarwaterlevelgaugesystemundergraduallychangingflowandrapidlychangingflow conditions. It has good application prospects.
