Abstract:Withthecontinuousexpansionandcomplexityofrailtransitnetworks,highertechnicalrequirementshavebeen proposedforelectromechanicaltransferdevices.Thispaperpresentsadesignforarailtransitelectromechanicalinstalation transferdevice,whichincludesabase,afixedmechanism,andaprotectivemechanism.Throughtheoptimizationofthebase stability,protectiveperformance,andclampingstructurethedeviceachieveseficientfixationflexibletransfer,andprotective functions.Notably,thejointdesignoftheslidingbafleandtheprotectivemechanismenhancesthedevice'sadaptabilityand interferenceresistanceinharshenvironments;themotor-drivenclampingstructuresignificantlyimprovestransfereficiencywhile reducingmanualoperation.Experimentalresultsshowthatthisdeviceoferssignificantimprovementsinsafetyconvenienceand efciencycompaedtotraditionaldevices,providingreliabletechnicalsupportfortheinstalationandtransferofelectromeanical equipment in rail transit.
