Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialintellgencetechnology，LargeLanguageModels（LM）havemade significantprogressinthefieldofnaturallanguageprocessing.ThispaperdiscusstheapplicationandprospectsofLarge LanguageModelinjudicialtrialasistanescenarios.Byanalyzingthemainscenariosofjudicialtrialassistance，aswellasthe currentsituationandproblemsoftraditioalartificialinteligenetechnologyinteapplicationofjudicialtrialasistance，this paperstudiesthekeytechnologiesandapplicationscenariosoftheLargeLanguageModelintheaplicationofjudicialtrial assistance，revealingitsroleinimprovingadjudicationeficiencyandpromotingjudicialfaiess.ResearchshowsthattheLarge LanguageModelhasbroadaplicationprospectsinjudicialtrialassistance，butitstillneedstobecontiuouslyoptimizednd improved.

智慧司法發(fā)展至今，還存在多元異構(gòu)司法知識(shí)難以統(tǒng)一表示、難以與法官理解協(xié)作交互、應(yīng)用不能隨辦案實(shí)際使用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行持續(xù)優(yōu)化等問題，導(dǎo)致所支撐的業(yè)務(wù)具有邊緣輔助為主、裁判等核心業(yè)務(wù)輔助能力不足、認(rèn)知理解和說理能力較弱的特征。（剩余6570字）
