2021年10月12日重慶市交通強(qiáng)市建設(shè)工作推進(jìn)會發(fā)布《重慶市綜合立體交通網(wǎng)規(guī)劃綱要（2021—2035年）》簡稱《綱要》），提出重慶“123出行交通圈”“123快貨物流圈"和“4向3軸6廊"對外運(yùn)輸大通道，《綱要》對南彭物流基地提出高定位、高要求，基地成為全市提升西部陸海新通道能力的載體，建設(shè)國際性綜合交通樞紐城市的重要支撐，明確南彭公路物流基地為國際性樞紐港站，鐵路南彭站為區(qū)域性樞紐港站。（剩余3460字）
