Abstract:Theinternaltemperaturefielddistributioninthefurnaceofthermalpowerplantsplaysakeyroleintheefficient andsafeoperationofcombustion,andtheapplicationanddevelopmentoffurmaceinfraredtemperaturefieldtemperature measurementtechnologyarecrucial.Thispaperanalyzes theapplicationanddevelopmentprospectsofthistemperature measuremnttechnology.First,thebasicprincipleoffurnaceinfraredtemperaturefieldtemperaturemeasurementtechnologyis introduced.Basedontelawoftheralradiationinfrareddtectorscancaptureinfraredraysradiatedfromdiferentpartsnthe furnaceof thermalpowerplants,andthentransformthemintocorrspondingtemperatureinformation.Attheappicationlevel, thistechologyhaspenetratedintomanyfieldssuchaspower,metallrgyandchemicalindustry.Itmonitorsfumacecombustion conditionsinrealtime,alowingoperatorstoaccuratelycontroltheratiooffuelinputtocombustionair,therebyoptmizing combustioneficiencyandreducingenergylossatthesametime,itcandetectabnormaltemperaturepointsinthefurnacein time,warnpotentialequipmentfailuresinadvance,andpreventsafetyaccidentssuchastubeburstingandcoking.Compared withtraditionaltemperaturemeasurement methods,itdoesnotneed toinvadethefurnace,andcanachievelarge-area,longdistanceon-contactmeasurement,greatlyimprovingmeasurementeficiencyandsafety.Byanalyzingitsprinciples,application advantagesandexistingproblems,thisresearchprovidestheoreticalreferenceforrelevantpractitionerstodeepentheir understandingoffumaceinfraredtemperaturefieldtemperaturemeasurementtechnologyandpromotetechnicalimprovementand more scientific application.
