Abstract:Inthispaper,thestateestimationproblemofT-Sfuzzyneuralnetworksaffctedbymultipledelayandfading chanelsisstudied.Firstly,anewchannelfading modelisproposed,whichconsidersmultipathefectsandhoppngchanel states.Then,aparalelschedulingestimatorbasedonMarkovjumpchannelisdesigned.Inparticular,theestimatorintroduces time-varyingparametersrelatedtochanelstate.Thesufcientconditionstoguaranteethefinitetimeindexareobtained.Fially, TSFNNsandchanelmodelswithspecificparametersaresimulatedtoprovetheflexibilityandrobustnessofthedesigned estimator in finite time.
