Abstract：Inthecontextofthedeepintegrationofglobalizationandregionaleconomy，localengineringcollegesand universitiesurgentlynedtobreakthroughthebariersoftraditionaldisciplinestoservethecountrysforeign-relateduleoflaw construction.Atthesametime，thepromotionofthe"theBeltandRoad"initiativehasincreasedthedemandforforeign-related ruleoflawtalentsinrossboderinvesment，interationalprotectionofintelectualpropertyrightsandothrfields.Focsingon the"threechainintegration"anddiferentiatedtrainingofforeign-relatedlegaltalents，HenanUniversityofTechnologyhas ffectivelysolvedtheproblemsofunclearguidanceandsupply-demandimbalanceinthecultivationofforeign-relatedlegal talentsthroughinovativepracticessuchas"deepintegrationofgovernment，enterprise，andschol"，"three-dimensional reconstructionofcuriculumsystem"，and"synergyofpracticalteaching"Thestudyprovidesareplicablepracticalparadigmfor similaruniversitiestopromotethereformoftheforeign-relatedlegaltalentcultivationsystemandbenefitstheserviceofthe country's opening-up strategy and high-quality regional economic development.
