Abstract：ToaddressthechalengesencounteredinthetraditionalteachingofthecourseofTunnelEngineeringConstruction andOrganization，suchasweakfoundationsforknowledgetransfer，poorintuitiveunderstandingofengineringstructural construction，anddiffcultiesinstimulatingitrinsicotivation，theteachingteamhasproposedaninovativeapproachbasedon BIMsimulationtechnolgyThisappoachemphasizesaprogresionthatisbothexteallystimulatedandintrinsicallydriven fosteringinnovationandpracticalapplicationwithinthecourse.Focusingontheleamers，thisstrategyinvolvestheiterative reconstrutionofcoursecontentandthemultidimensionalintegrationofadvancedteachingresources.Itleveragesasynergyof virtualandrealexperiencestoestablishanefectivelearningpathway.Furthermore，acomprehensiveevaluationsystem characterizedby"threetransformationsanddualfedback"isemployedtoenhanceintrinsicmotivationforprogression.By creatingnewpathwaysforadvancementfrombothextemalandinternalperspectives，thismethodcontiuouslystimulateslearner motivation，improvespracticalskils，andnhancesoverallcompetencies，esultinginsignificantoucomes.Theteachingefo methods proposed in this paper can serve as a reference for the development of related courses.
