Abstract：Thispaperaims toadvanceinterdisciplinarygeneraleducationinmedical-engineeringfieldstobroadenstudents knowledge，fostercrossdiscipliaryitegrationeanceouseevaluationsystems，andcultivatewel-roundedalentswiedical literacy.Whilegeneraleducationholdsgreatpotentialforpromotingmultidisciplinaryintegration，currentchalengesinthe systematicandscientificdesignofcourses，aswellasinevaluationsystems，requireurgentatentiontopreventcoursesfrom becomingsupefcialandtoachievethegoalofnurturingcomprehensivetalents.Thisstudyfocusesonthedevelopmentof the generaleucationcourse"IntroductiontoCancerBiology"，addresingthrekeyaspects：targetaudience，teachingmethods，and evaluatiosystems.Thecouseadoptsaflexibledesigntailoredtostudents'academicbackgrounds，optimizingcontenttoinspire inovationandresearch interest.Adiverse teachingmodelcenteredonstudentscombinesvariousinstructionalmethodswith integratedonlineandofineresources.Furthermore，amulti-dimensionalevaluationsystemisestablishedtoacuratelyasse leamingoutcomesand teachingquality.Byimplementing thesestrategies，thepaperaimstooptimizecoursecontent，innovate teachingmethods，andproposeasystematicframeworkforgeneraleducationdevelopment，providingactionableinsightsfor advancing interdisciplinary general education in engineering-focused universities.
