Abstract：Withthegradualimprovementofinfrastructureconstruction，sustainedeconomicandsocialdevelopment，andnew demandsinChina，theconnotationofcivilengineeringasadisciplineisgraduallybecomingmoreenrichedanddiversifiedThe traditional，singarproachtolentcliationannologertteiesedofteindustryereforedisipl integratinhasbecomeaninevitabletrendintheeformofcivilengineringeducationByintroducinginterdisciplinarykowledge systemsandcultivatingcomposietalentsinlarge-scalecivilengineering，wecanbeteraddressthecomplexandever-changing challngesinmodemengineeringconstructionandmaintenance.Thispaperfirstinvestigatesthemeasuresofinterdisciplinary integrainandinnovationatseveraldomesticuiversities.Onthisbasisitanalyzesthecuentstatusofcivilengineringtalent cultivationininaisussesteipoacadievitabilityofiterdisipliaryitegationialetdvelopntda existing implementation strategies to promote innovation and progress in civil engineering education.
