跨專(zhuān)業(yè)工科研究生助教在教學(xué)中的角色與功能探索

Abstract: Graduate teaching asistantsplayanimportantroleintheteaching andresearch work of universities.Inorderto metthemajornationalneeds,engineeringeducationinuniversiesmustcontinuallinovateinteachingmethodstocultivate profesionalswithasolidknowledgefoudationandaninternationalperspective.Accordingtothecurrentselectionandtraining systemforgraduateteachingasistantsindomesticuniversities,somegraduateteachingasistantsarerequiredtoenggeincross disciplinaryteaching.Againstthisbackdrop,theroleofcross-disciplinaryengineeringgraduateteachingasistantsinhigher educationhasbecomeincreasinglyrecognizedandvalued.Thispaper,basedontheauthor'steachingexperience,exploresthe rolesandfunctionsofengineringgraduateteachingasistantsineducationaswellastheadvantagesandchalengesfacedby cross-disciplinaryngineringgraduateteachingasistants.Onlybyfullyrecogniingtheuniqueadvantagesofcros-disciplinary engineringgraduate teachingasistantsandmakingfulluseoftheseadvantagesinpracticalteachingcanweinjectnewvitality into the development of higher education.
