Abstract：Inviewofthediferentqualityevaluationmethodsof mastersthesisandtheimperfectsecuritysysteminthe backgroudofthenewtechnologysciencecross-integrationandcompoundtalenttrainingnewmodel.Inthispaper，a multidimensionalcomprehensiveevaluationmethodbasedonfuzzymatrixforthequalityofmastersthesisinnewenginering disciplinesisproposed.Aquantitativeevaluationmechanismandaqualityassurancesystemcoveringthequalityasuranceof thesisselection，iovativeness，workqualityandevaluationmechanismareconstructedThoughtheconstructionofthealuation mechanismandqualityassurancesystem，theproblemsofthesisqualityevaluationcausedbysubjectivefactorsareffectively solved，andtheshortcomingsoffairandimpartialthesisevaluationandimpefectsecuritysystemarenotguaranted.The researchresultsofthispapercanprovideareferenceforthequalityevaluationofnewengineeringmastersthesis，whichisof great significance for improving the quality of master's thesis and postgraduate management.

教育部從工程教育理念、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)科專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量及分類發(fā)展體系等方面提出了針對(duì)新工科發(fā)展建設(shè)的新內(nèi)涵及要求[1-2]，其內(nèi)容更加強(qiáng)調(diào)高校辦學(xué)教育需具有交叉融合、綜合實(shí)用的特點(diǎn)，這對(duì)具有多學(xué)科交叉融合特點(diǎn)的綜合性大學(xué)提高其人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量帶來巨大機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。（剩余5400字）
