Abstract:Withtheadvancementofeducationaltechnologyandtherenewalofteachingconcepts,blendedlearninghas graduallybecomeahottopicinhighereducationreform.ThispaperexplorestheintegrationoftheOBEphilosophyandthe CIPPmodelintheevaluationsystemofblendedcourseteaching.Byanalyzing thedevelopmentofblendedlearningand combining thecorecontentofOBEwiththefourevaluationdimensionsofCIPP(context,input,process,andproduct),a systematicandcomprehensiveevaluationsystemforblendedcourseteaching isconstructed.Thissystemaimstopromoteteaching improvementandstudentcapabiltydevelopment.Itclarifiesteachingobjectivesandleamningoutcomes,ensuresthe appropriatenessof teachingresourcesandconditions,focusesonthequalityofteachingimplementation,andmeasuresthedegree of leaming outcomesachieved.Thisstudyprovidesnewperspectivesandstrategiesfortheevaluationof blendedcourseteaching, whichcanefectivelypromotethecontinuousimprovementof teachingqualityandthemaximizationof studentlearningoutcomes.
