Abstract:Zhejiang Province implement the"No.1 Project" of digital economy and the "5+5+N" industrial strategy of Wenzhou,financialmanagementprofessionalswithcompetencetoservethelocaleconomyaretrained.Thisprojectreferstothe icebergmodelofcompetencequalityproposedbyDavidMcLelandetal.Fromthefourdimensionsofknowledge,skils,abilities andvalues,itproposestheinnovativemodelof"three-way,six-doubleandone-integration"ofproductionandeducation integrationforfinancialmanagementprofessonalsunderthebackgroundofnewliberalarts,namelytheeducationmodel of"three-waycollboration"amonguniversities,enterprisesandaccounting firms,"sixdouble"commondevelopmentstrategy of"doubleformulation,doubletutor,doubleplatform,doublemanagement,doublepositionanddoubleinsurance",andiovative measures such as "one integration" for post course competition certificate.
