新文科背景下公共管理創(chuàng)新人才“學(xué)賽研創(chuàng)”培養(yǎng)模式研究

Abstract:Theconstructionofnewliberalartsdisciplinesisanimportantstrategicreforminthetalentcultivationsystemof highereducationinChina,providingacleardirectionforthecultivationofinovativetalentsinpublicmanagement.Basedon theactualsituationofpublicmanagementdiscipline,thisstudyproposesthe"Learn-Compete-Research-Innovate"trainingmodel forinovativetalentsinpublicmanagementandanalyzesitsaplicationintalentcultivationatauniversityinHunan.The researchfindsthatthetalentcultivationmodelemphasizinglearning,competitions,research,andinnovationhasenhancedthe practicalabilisoftalents,leveragedesyergisticectsofrsourcsandstrengtendteintegrationofdiversedisciplis. Buildinguponthis,recommendationsareproposedfromthedimensionsoftalentcultivationvaluegoals,qualityasurancesuport mechanisms,teachingealuatioguaranteesystems,andinterdisciplinaryandcos-ndustryintegationimigtoprovideisights for the training of talents in public management majors in universities.
