國際航空運輸高端商務管理人才培養(yǎng)平臺建設研究

摘  要：民航作為國際化程度最高的行業(yè)之一，對于高端國際航空運輸商務管理人才的需求日益迫切，該文在分析國際航空運輸發(fā)展背景和意義的基礎上，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，明確國際航空運輸高端商務管理人才培養(yǎng)平臺建設目標、總體思路和建設內(nèi)容，最后提出該平臺實施的保障措施。

Abstract： Civil aviation as one of the most international industry， demand for high-end international air transport business management talents is increasingly urgent. Based on the analysis of the background and significance of the development of international shipping transport， combined with the current research situation at home and abroad， this paper defines the construction objectives， general ideas and construction contents of the international air transport high-end business management talent training platform， and finally puts forward the protection measures for the implementation of the platform.
