摘  要：對(duì)新時(shí)期高校教工黨支部黨員教育管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)思考，將知識(shí)圖譜與精細(xì)管理理論相結(jié)合，探索提升教師黨員教育管理工作現(xiàn)代化和精細(xì)化水平的新模式，為加強(qiáng)高校黨員教育管理、促進(jìn)黨員更好發(fā)揮先鋒模范作用提供對(duì)策與建議，推動(dòng)高校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)向更深層次發(fā)展。

Abstract： This paper makes a systematic thinking on the education management of Party members in the Party branch of university teaching staff in the new era， combines the knowledge graph with the theory of fine management， explores a new model to improve the modernization and refinement of the education management of Party members in teachers， and provides countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the education management of Party members in universities and promoting them to better play the vanguard and exemplary role. We will promote the development of teaching staff in colleges and universities at a deeper level.
