摘  要：文章從研究生培養(yǎng)質量、創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)出發(fā)，以廣西中藥大學中藥學研究生培養(yǎng)為例，探討建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的導師團隊，對構建“開放”“交叉”“貫通”的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)體系的意義。

Abstract： This paper starts with the cultivation of graduate students and the cultivation of innovative ability， and takes the cultivation of graduate students in Chinese Pharmacy at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example to discuss the significance of establishing a sustainable development team of tutors for the establishment of an "open"， "intersecting" and "through" innovative talent training system.
