[Abstract] This paper aims to explore in depth the application value, implementation approaches,potential challnges, andsolution strategiesof ethnic dances inmiddle schol physical educationreces.The article providesadetailedanalysis ofthe positive significance of integrating ethnicdance into physical education recess: it notonly enriches the formsof breakactivities,nheritsand promotes ethnicculture,butalsohelpsimprovestudents'physicalftness,cultivateesthetic taste,artistic literacy,and innovative thinking,andenhance teamwork andsocialskils.Atthesame time,itconsiders the manychallenges thatexst inpracice,suchasinsuientprofessionallevelof teachers,diferences insudentinterests, limited venuesandequipment,tightteaching time inmiddleschools,anddificultiesinstudents'understandingof ethnic culture.The followingsolutions areproposed: Itimprovs teachers' professional competence; Itscientificallyselects dance content and uses diverse teaching methods to enhance students' interest in learning; It applies the three-dimensional strategy of "space exploration,equipment adaptation,and cultural transformation" to overcome venue and equipment limitations; Itoptimizesorganizational forms toimprove teaching eficiency;Thesolutionstrategies fordeepeningthe understanding and inheritance of ethnic culture have been summarized,and the application methods and sugestions for deepening the inheritance of ethnicculture in combination with campus cultural activities have been summarized, inorderto providecomprehensiveandbeneficialreferences forthe innovativedevelopmentof midleschool physical education recess.
