[Abstract] Inorder to explore the currculum ideological and political elements of orienteering inuniversities and promote their sustainabledevelopment,based on the methods ofliterature researchand logical analysis,this paper aims to uncover thered genes contained in the historical context,ecological ethics contained in natural fields,value shaping in team colaboration,and ideological and political elements in terms of rule consciousnessand moral choiceof orientering courses inuniversity.Atthesame time,it also focusesonthe practical dificulties in exploring curriculum ideological and political elements,teaching forms,evaluationsystems and resource integration,soastopropose the construction ofimmersive education scenes with red culture as thecontext; With digital technology as the engine,it innovates diversified teaching methods; It designs comprehensive practical tasks with ecological ethics as the link; It aims to buildanopen resource network andother practical strategies for currculum ideological and political education of orienteering courses in universities
