[Abstract] The article aims to explore efective strategies for improving athletes'endurance quality in sports training. Endurance,as an important component of athletes' physical fitness,plays a crucial role in improvingcompetitive performance,extending exerciseduration,andenhancingsustainedcombatability.Basedonthis,thearticlefrstoutlines the value of improving athletes' endurance quality,and then analyzes in depth the strategies for improving athletes' endurance quality in sports training.These strategies not only focus on the improvement of athletes' physiological functions,but also emphasize the importance of psychological adaptation and recoveryability,aiming toachieve the comprehensive development of athletes'endurance quality.They are of great significancefor guiding sports practice, optimizing endurance training programs,and promoting the overallimprovement of athletes' competitive level.
