[Abstract]Linedance,asaunique sport that integrates music,dance,and physical exercise,exhibits a more pronounced characteristicof "strengthening thebodyand shaping thespirit"compared totraditionalsports.However,current line danceclasses incollges faceseveralchallenges,including insufficient personalizedattention tostudents,inadequate development and underutilizationof curiculum ideologicaland political education,weak inovation drive among students,and inadequateexpansionand utilizationof teaching resources.Toaddress theseisues,this studyuses the BOPPPS teaching model as a framework and combines it with the " strengthening the body and shaping the spirit" characteristics of line dance,to analyze the compatibilityof BOPPPS teaching model and the problems in university line dance courses. Taking Me and My Motherland as an example, the study explores the teaching design of college line dancecourses integrated with the BOPPPS teaching model.Finaly,reflections ontheapplication of this teaching approachare provided.The aim is to beter promote colege line dance teachingand provide references forthe reform of college physical education.
