“三全育人”視角下體育保健學課程思政實踐路徑研究

[Abstract] Thisresearch explores thepractical pathof effctivelyimplementing thecurrculumideologicalandpolitical education construction of physical educationand health care from the perspectiveof "Sanquan education".It is believed thatphysicaleducationandhealthcarecoursesshouldcombinephysicaleducationandideologicalandpoliticaleducation to cultivate students'health literacyand social responsibilitythereby promoting theircomprehensive development.The article analyzes the curent teaching statusof physical educationand health care courses inuniversities,points out their shortcomings incontent,methods,and coverage,proposes optimization strategies.Itisrecommended tocontinue promote theorderly integrationof ideological and political educationand health education in the physical health education courses,promote theconstructionof an "allstaff, whole process,and all-round" education system.Itfocus on the organic combination of clasroom teaching and extracurricularactivities,and constructs interactive and experiential teaching models to enhance students'health management awareness.This research aims to provide feasible suggestions for the eficient implementation of curiculum ideological andpolitical education in physical educationand health care.
