[Abstract] The lower limb muscle strengthof female basketball players isacore element for improving athletic performance,reducing theriskofsports injuries,andoptimizing energytransfer.This articleanalyzes itfrom fouraspects: thesignificanceof training,principles,strategies,andprecautions.Guidedbytheprinciplesof targetedand progesive training,the strength training is comprehensively enhanced.The multi-equipment training,specialized movement simulation training,cyclic training,and functionaltraining strategies areused to comprehensively improve the strength, explosive power,and stabilityof the lower limb muscle groups.The research results show that scientific lower imb strength training can significantly improve the jumping ability,speed changing ability,direction changing ability,and resistance abilities of female basketball players,providing theoretical support and practical approaches for the breakthrough of their competitive levels.
