職業(yè)導向下高職體育課程內(nèi)容與企業(yè)需求的對接策略

[Abstract] In the context of the continuous deepening reformof vocational education，the integration between higher vocational physical education courses and theactual needs of enterprises is particularlyincreasingly important.Starting fromthecurrent situationof highervocational physical educationcourses，thispaperdeeplyanalyzesthecharacteristics ofenterprises'demand foremployees' pysical iteracyanddiscuses therelationshipbetween physicaleducationcourse content and professonal needs.Based on the concept of career orientation，this paper proposes the construction of a job-orientedcourse system，the development of characteristic projects of school-enterprise cooperation，the establishment ofa compound course model，and the introductionofenterprise sports and cultural resources as docking strategies，aiming to improve the pertinenceand efectivenessof higher vocational physical education and provide a reference for cultivating high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprises.
