[Abstract] The implementation of healthy China strategy provides a new direction for the reform of physical education curriculum inhighereducation.Thisarticle focuses ongraduate students population,deconstructs the currentsituation of graduate physical education curiculum inmultiple dimensions through empirical research and theoreticalanalysis, and reveals the binary paradoxes such as goal fragmentation,resource supply shortage and teacher construction shortcomings.Basedontheanalysisof thedualdriving theoreticalframeworkof theimprovementofqualityoflifeand the promotion of caree development,the reform path of graduate physical education curriculum is deeply explored from four dimensions of policy empowerment,curriculum innovation,integration of resourcesand scientific and technological empowerment, in order to provide reference for related researchand practice.
