Abstract：Asoeofteorecourssofdeologicalandpolitcaltoryinvoatioalcollgs，tecourseof“deoloicalandalEdu cationandRuleofLawplaysacrucialrole iimplementing tefundamentaltaskofcultivatingmoralityandtalentsinvocatioalolleges.Inordertounderstandtheteachingsiuationofthiscourseinvocationalcoleges，asurveywasconductedonsudentsfromacer tainmedicalvocatioalcolg，clectingtheirfedbackandevaluationontecourse，nalyingtheexistingproblems，andprosing ways to optimize case teaching to improve the effectiveness of course teaching.
