Abstract：IntefaceofesocialealityatthepowerfulandichearogantandtheextravaganeandindulgeneareprelentJia Yi，apolicalommetatorinteWesteHanastydvocated“l(fā)ating teeravagacendetraagaceandpractigthe artofthrift"，andputforwardthethoughtof“abstainingfromextravaganceanddvocatingthrift”withthemaincontentsof"emphasizingagricultureadstraingthddingtepoplettuticulture”，“rtoingdbatigetragace"，d "opposing extravaganeandspendingacordingtograde"Thisthoughtplayedanimportantoleinthelong-termstabilityoftheWestern Han Dynasty，and had certain reference and enlightenment significance for the new era of governance.
