Abstract：Atpresent，teegesioaalysisetodandrogoaltablsigmetodemostlysedinteexperimetaldsignteachingofmaterialchemistryspecialty.Terearesomedisadvantagessuchassubjectivselectioofinfuencingfactors，omplicateddata processingandcomplicated experimentaloperatio.Inresponsetotis problem，thispapertroducesanefcientandigqalityresponse surfaceanalysis method.Through detailedcaseintroduction，theexperimental designoperation proessofresponsesurface analysis methodisanalyzed.Theresponsesurfaceanalysis methodhassignificantadvantages inestablishinganonlinearrelatioship model，deterngtefutioalelaiosiwnfctorsdspoeesdalygteteactioofenictor. It is an experimental design method worth learning and promoting.
