頸椎前路術后吞咽功能障礙評估工具的研究進展

[Abstract] In order to comprehensively understand the application of swallowing dysfunction assessment tools in patients with anterior cervical surgery.This article reviews the clinical application scope，advantages and disadvantages，as wellas research progress of various scales such as Bazaz dysphagia score，M.D.Anderson dysphagia inventory （MDADI），swallowing dysfunction quality of life （SWAL-QOL），eating assessment tool-10 （EAT-10），dysphagia handicap index （DHI），Hospital for Special Surgery dysphagia and dysphoniascale （HSS-DD）， and the SF-36 in order to provide a reference basis and guidance to speed up the accurate treatment of swallowing dysfunction after anterior cervical surgery，and promote the development of anterior cervical surgeryswallowing dysfunction assessment tools consistent with China's national conditions，the application principles of evaluation tools are also proposed.
