[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical efect of Ye's Tongluo Xiaoji Recipe on patients with chronic hepatitisBliverfibrosis.Method：Atotalof 6Opatients withchronic hepatitisBliverfibrosiswho wereadmited in Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chineseand Western Medicine Hospital from Januaryto December 2O24 were selected andrandomlydivided into thecontrol groupandthe study group，with3O cases in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with Entecavir，whilethestudy groupwas treated with Entecavir combined with Ye's Tongluo Xiaoji Recipe. Theclincaleficacy，lverfrosisindicators，liverfuncionindicators，lverstiffesalue（LSM），andhepatitisBus deoxyribonucleicacid （HBV-DNA）of thetwo groups werecompared.Result： Inthe total effectiverateof treatment， in comparison of the control group 70.00% ），thestudygroup（93.33 % ）washigher（ P <0.05）.After treatment， the levels of type IV collagen （IV-C）， type || procollagen （PC-I）， hyaluronic acid （HA），and laminin （LN） were decreased in both groups，and in comparison of the control group，the study group were lower （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the levels of ALT and AST were decreased in both groups，and in comparison of the control group，the study group were lower （ P
