腹腔鏡遠端胃癌根治術結合UncutRoux-en-Y 吻合術對胃癌患者消化道重建時間及營養(yǎng) 狀態(tài)的影響

[Abstract]Objective： To evaluate the clinical application value of laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy combined with Uncut Roux-en-Y anastomosis in patients with gastric cancer （GC）.Method：A total of 102 GC patientsadmitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jianli City from May 2O21 to May 2O24 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Both groups received laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy，theobservation group （n=51） was given Uncut Roux-en-Yanastomosis，and thecontrol group（n=51） was givenRoux-en-Yanastomosis.Thebasic indicatorsof surgeryandrehabilitation，nutritional status，quality of lifeand complications of the two groups were compared.Result： The digestive tract reconstruction time and operationtimeof theobservation group were shorterthanthose ofthecontrol group，theexhaustime was earlier than that of the control，and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. Three months after surgerythe nutritional status indicators levels in both groups increased，and those inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Three months after surgery，the functional assessment of cancer therapy-generic scale （FACT-G）scores of both groups increased，and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy + Uncut Roux-en-Y anastomosis can shorten the digestive tract reconstruction time，improve nutritional status and qualityoflifeof GC patients，and reduce complications.
