清熱八味膠囊聯(lián)合西藥治療特應(yīng)性皮炎的臨床效果

[Abstract]Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Qingre Bawei Capsules combined with westernmedicineinthetreatmentofatopicdermatitis.Method：Ninetypatientswithatopicdermatitis whoadmitted to from March 2021 to May2023 were divided into groups，with 45cases ineach group.Both groups were treated with Mometasone Furoate Cream，the control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets，and the observation group was treated with Qingre Bawei Capsules，both groups were treated continuously for4 weeks.Theclinical eficacy，scoring atopic dermatitis （SCORAD） index，VASscore，dermatological lifequality index（DLQI），inflammatory factors，incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Result：The total clinical efectiverate intheobservation group was higher thanthat inthecontrol group，and theincidenceofadversereactionsand recurrencerate were lower than those inthecontrol group，withstatistically significant differences（ P <0.05）; after treatment， the SCORAD index，VAS score， DLQI score and the levels of IL-4， IL-13， IL-17， IFN- γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences （P
